Be knowledgeable in your field of expertise and academic specialties.

Attend meetings with the team in a timely fashion. Anticipate your own time constraints when scheduling meetings

Provide feedback to the GH Me team.

Be attentive and genuinely interested in the members of the team and answer their questions.
